The Board of Trustees is entrusted with the overall well-being of the School and guardianship of its mission. The Board is responsible for long-term strategic planning and the school’s financial viability. It entrusts the Head of School and other appointed administrators to manage the day-to-day operation of the School and does not play a role in the admission process or, with the exception of the Head of School, the hiring of employees.
The Board includes current and former BHS parents, alumni, and leading educators. The Board meets approximately seven times a year.
